INCLUDES REMOVING A DISCONNECTED APPLIANCE FROM THE SAME ROOM THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT IS INSTALLED IN (THE SAME PATH THAT THE DELIVERED PRODUCT IS BROUGHT IN THROUGH). ANY ADDITIONAL STAIRS OR OBSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN A $25.00 CHARGE. WHEN REMOVING REFRIGERATORS FROM THE BASEMENT, QUEEN APPLIANCE ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY.
