the refrigerator delivery and installation was excellent! we love the refrigerator. but don't try to buy filters. i placed an order for filters and received the incorrect ones....took over an hour to actually speak to a person who could help me. i returned the filters and placed another order - the incorrect filters were sent again. another hour wasted and i am now out 197$$ can't afford to order another filter until i am credited back some money. now i was disconnected - i still have no filters this is ridiculous - samsung service sucks!
