Daily Use for Just About Everything

I love my styler We use it daily for just about everything. I refresh my clothing that isnt soiled and ready for laundering almost daily and feel comfortable putting the items back away in my closet vs my old could rewear chair as I called it. On cold days I use to warm up jammies and bath towels i use the gentle dry cycle for hang flat sweaters the steam cycle for bulky winter coats that smell like outside air and everything in between. If you think youre getting a pressed from the cleaners look with the then you will be disappointed but it really does a nice job. The 2 negatives I have and theyre so small. I wish there was a water drain hookup option. The tanks make it nice for anywhere setup but a second model would be nice. My 2nd dislike are the color choices. They brown in beautiful but the white that I chose doesnt match my other LG white appliances in the laundry room. When building our home I wanted black stainless appliances but chose white in the laundry so my set would match since black stainless isnt an option with the styler. My disappointment was high when they arrived and the white shades are different.

Great Product

I have been using the Styler for a week now and so far it did what it claimed it would do: refresh sanitize and remove wrinkles The Styler is over 6 feet tall and weighs over 200 lbs. It is hard to move around alone but 2 people should be able to handle it without much difficulties. Setup was a breeze just plug in the power and thats it It comes with a small water tank which you can fill up with tap water it also comes with a drainage tank. The water tank could be a little bigger as I noticed it used up almost half of the water after one Normal cycle. For the first test I threw in a couple of polo shirts and chose the Light Refresh cycle which took about 20 minutes. The shirts came out smelling fresh but it didnt remove most of the wrinkles. I then used the Normal Refresh cycle which took about 1 hour to finish and the clothes came out smelling fresh and mostly wrinkles free Keep in mind the Styler does not clean your clothes it only refreshes and sanitizes for you so do not throw in any dirty clothes and expect the miracle. I also threw in a couple of shirts and depending on the material one shirt was more wrinkle free than the other. The pants creasing function worked quite well too except I wish they would make the Styler wider so bigger pants will fit into the pants creaser. Overall I am really impressed with the Styler it wont replace your local dry cleaner but it definitely will save you some money in the long run.

I had a late appointment that I took on a tour of the plant. It was hot in there. When I had finished I received a call from my wife reminding me about our dinner date. I was almost late already and I would not have had a chance to refresh myself or clean up. Then I remembered the new machine we had put in the sales department. I quickly changed into my golfing clothes in my office and brought my suit and shirt to the LG Clothes Styler and placed them on the hangers. By the time I completed my paperwork from my late appointment I picked up my suit and shirt to meet my wife. She was having a hard time during dinner trying to figure out how I got so fresh looking in such a short time in the office. Our whole evening was saved by the Styler from LG. We have an order out for one to put in my wifes closet at home now. When only looking and smelling your best will do. Do what I did I remembered that Lifes Good LG So many solutions to lifes everyday problems.

If only it was a little wider

I have had the Styler for a couple of weeks and really enjoy using it We have the white styer and I like the linen texture look of the front door that keeps it from looking like a skinny refrigerator The touch controls that light up on the door are also really neat. LG always makes stylish appliances . But the convenience is what you want this for. It doesnt wash clothes- the manual warns not to put dirty clothes in so dont expect that- but it does remove wrinkles and freshen clothes and is able to sanitize My LG washer has a steam feature but I couldnt sanitize a pillow in it or give my husbands pants a crease. Using the shelf in my dryer sometimes the arms would dangle from my sweaters and hit the revolving tub. While we primarily have used and intend to use this for my husbands dress pants and shirts just hang them up when he gets home and press start I am loving the options to steam baby blankets stuffed animals scarves etc... This comes with two coat hangers and a pants hanger. Plus the shelf which can only be used if the coats are not too long. Average cucle length is just under an hour. For our dress clothes we cant entirely avoid the dry cleaner but we can certainly lessen the need. This is super easy to use The water tanks are very easy to remove and replace. All you need is to fill one side with tap water occasionally. We have opted to keep this in our master bedroom to make it convenient to put clothes in and then hang them in the closet. Overall I am very satisfied with the product but I would like to change two things: one my apple phone wont download a custom program. Two the narrowness of the appliance. You can only hang pants as wide as the front door. So larger sizes will have trouble. Average size pants 36 fit but may bunch a little. I think this eliminates the usefulness of that for many people. Also there is a limit to the pant length as well. For the cost of this luxury appliance I would really have loved just a tad more space especially with the longer cycle times. This can basically handle one persons outfit at a time.

Awesome Fresh and Wrinkle Free

Just got my Styler and it works great. I have used itnto refresh a suit and to take wrinkles out of dress shirts. The suit feels and smells fresh and shirts I always have to iron are ready to wear right out of the styler. Also love how it presses my slacks they come out looking great and ready to head into the office.

A True Convenience

REVIEW OF LG STYLER Bottom Line The Styler is only moderately difficult to install and set up. It is easy to operate and performs its functions very well. Installation First off I am a decrepit 80-year-old male with mechanical savvy. My wife is a small but fearless woman whose age will not be revealed. I consider us to be below average in appliance installation capability. We had studied the Stylers dimensions before delivery and decided to place it in our bedroom on a carpeted floor. The Styler arrived last Tuesday and was set in our bedroom. It came in a box about 6 feet tall weighing approximately 200 pounds. I called some younger friends to help with the installation but all were otherwise occupied. At this point my wife decided that she urgently needed a manicure and left me alone with the box. I would have avoided much trepidation if I had completely read the Stylers Users Manual on-line before proceeding. I cut two straps that held the top of the box to its base. I walked around the box and found a dotted cut here line. I cut there and with a few more well-chosen snips and hacks was able to remove the top and sides of the box and the more than adequate padding material. By the time my wife arrived home the Styler was mostly un-cased and standing on a Styrofoam and cardboard base. My wife tugged on the base while I tilted the Styler in various directions and with a few seconds. At this point I discovered that there were wheels at the rear of the Styler and it was easily positioned into place. Leveling was quite easy after I discovered a handy tool a one foot piece of 2 x 4. I would tilt the Styler slightly prop the raised side on the 2 x 4 install the rear leveler and extend the front and rear levelers about the same amount. I then did the same for the other side. With the 2 x 4 removed I could reach the bottom of each leveler and adjusted them until the Styler was steady and level. I then propped each side in turn on the 2 x 4 tightened the lock nuts end installed the carpet spikes. I then removed all protective plastic film plugged the Styler in and to my surprise lights lit and there was no smoke. Operation I filled the water container and hung a clean but wrinkled suit in the Styler. I selected the Normal Refresh cycle waited until the cycle completed and removed a much better-looking suit. Since that time my wife and I have refreshed several items of clothing and used the Gentle Dry cycle. All worked flawlessly with excellent results. We are pleased with the Styler and we are not easily pleased. Value I believe that the Styler will save us money on dry cleaning will save us labor on pressing clothes will save us time on hang-dry items and will keep our clothes looking better. I think that the Styler is a useful convenience rather than a necessity. This is the same way I felt 55 years ago when we transitioned from a clothesline to a clothes dryer.

Great additon to any laundry room

I have really enjoyed the Styler more then I thought I would. I now find myself looking for things that I can clean and sanitize in the Styler. I like that it doesnt need a water hook up this makes it convenient and you can put it anywhere that it is needed. The two benefits in the Styler that I have used the most are the App and pants care system. The App has pros and cons. Pro- It has extra cycles that you can download I really like the sports equipment cycle it worked well an took the stink out of athletic braces. The app also keeps track of the cycles you use the most and the last cycle. Con- You need to be right next to the machine to tag you phone. This is a negative for me because our Styler is in the basement next to our laundry so the WIFI and cell service isnt great so it sometimes takes several tries to get the app to connect. The pants care System also has pro and cons. Pro- Works well I dont really like to iron so this saves me that step on my husband dress pants. Con- There is a size limit on the pants that the manual recommends my husband wears a size or two bigger but overall it still made the pants look freshly laundered. Overall the LG Styler has been a great addition to my laundry. It has the add ability of steaming out the wrinkles sanitizing and taking the smells out which is great.

LG Styler was delivered exactly one week ago today. I love it Great for a quick refreshing of clothes for the next day I work in an office environment with business casual attire. I simply pick out my outfit the night before hang my dress shirt with the provided hangers use the pant press for my kahkis and hit start. The LG Styler is located inside my bedroom and once started you can barely hear the hum as its steam freshens my cloths. Next day fresh smelling wrinkle free outfit for the day Its great

Great time and money saver LG STYLER is the best

If you are usinging steamers irons and dry cleaning the LG Styler will deffinately save you time and mo ney in the long term. Ive used it ao far on Suits shirts pants and its work great for refreshing clothing as well as getting rinkles out of most materials. The sanitizing modes work great for my sons stuffed animals throw pillows and even full sized bed pillows. While it may not replace your washer and dryer it definitely has its place now in our household. Is it worth the price? Deffinately for anyone who does any amount of dry cleaning steaming or ironing and should pay for itself within a year. The fabric refreasher is actually kind of cool and you can use dryer sheets or purchase the lg loads to come out dryer fresh.

Great appliance easy to use and looks great too.

We received our LG Styler a week ago it was vary easy to setup and use. It doesnt require a water line just fill the tank and your ready to go. You can add a dryer sheet to unit and the items come out with a nice fresh scent. We have tried it on a variety of items dress shirts dress pants blouses suit coat sweaters stuffed animals pillows etc.. The setup in the door for putting a crease in pants works great on dress pants and Levis jeans it hard to good crease in the jeans after they are washed but this did the trick. This will save us a bunch of money not having to use the dry cleaner. The wife and I both smoke and we have a dog and putting the clothes through the sanitized cycle removed any odor. We put the grand kids stuffed animals in and they came out smelling great and the sanitizer is a plus. We look forward to trying this on different items as time goes on. Pros: easy to use easy to preplan for the next day looks great.

Great Engineering

So today marks a new appliance adventure at the Caporale household. To some that may sound trite even ridiculous but hey we love appliances and gadgets. Today was delivery day and while getting it into the laundry room wasnt without some damage to the counter alls well that ends well. Reading through the manual to ensure that I wasnt missing any important installation or setup steps I quickly discovered the engineers at LG again havent missed a thing from the rear corner protectors to the hinge hider tabs to the internal hanger storage cleverly designed interior and space-age looking front control panel the Styler has not only fit into our laundry room but aesthetically upgraded it to a level I had previously not contemplated. The engineering inside outside and in the packaging are impressive to say the least. While I have to admit I was lax in not installing an outlet alas for the time being well have to use an extension cord because time is not allowing me to get to that project right now. That aside the installation and setup was a breeze with the unit being perfectly level right out of the box. Filling the water canister is childs play. Installing the shelf simple. The minimalist high tech control display is clear concise and to the point. Unfortunately being an iPhone household the Special Care modes are outside of our reach as theyre only available on Android SmartPhones and my Styler model does not have WiFi. The first trial was to refresh a towel just to get a feel for how it works. As that cycle was running my wife searched out fabrics and garments to test and has quickly become excited at the thought of no longer having to lay certain things on the laundry counter to dry of being able to treat and unwrinkle fabrics for her quilting of being able to wash the dogs toys and being able to dry and freshen them in the Styler. Were even anxiously awaiting a visit from our son knowing in the back of his car will be a number of exceptionally stinky pieces of hockey gear that weve never been able to destench Subsequent trials included two sportscoats a shirt and a pair of slacks some of which I wore Monday and got a little damp scooting in and out of the rain. Photos attest to the amazing job the Styler did removing the wrinkles from the coat and shirt that were a little damp and very wrinkled. Admittedly I didnt do the slacks correctly but the next time I will now that I know how to load them. We have also learned that clothes that are slightly damp dewrinkle better than completely dry garments as a second wrinkled sportscoat that only saw minimal improvement can attest to. One mild criticismwhile I daily curse our dryer for its obnoxious notifications that a cycle is complete it would be nice if the Styler would at least show COMPLETE on the display rather than simply turning off after playing a 15 second tune. Who knew a device like the Styler would be found so useful or even perhaps necessary All in all were both impressed with the functionality and performance of the Styler not to mention the great design. At Queen Appliance we only offer 'white-glove' delivery services, so you never have to worry about additional charges to put a product in place, carry up stairs, or hook up hoses, water lines, and power chords. Installation charges do apply for built-in or gas appliances, but we will always be drastically less expensive than hiring an electrician or plumber! Call a Sales Associate to verify delivery and installation charges.

In addition, many of our appliances include rebates to cover the cost of delivery and even installation! Speak to a sales associate for more information on specific delivery and installation charges.

While most of our competitors sub-contract their delivery services, we take pride in quality control and protection of your appliances and property. Not only can we better accommodate specific customer needs, but we guarantee professionalism throughout each of our deliveries and patience with all of our customers.

We may sell a lot of scratched & dented appliances, but we take great pride in the fact that we do not CREATE our own Scratch & Dent merchandise.

Measure Dimensions

Queen will always take responsibility for mistakes that we make; however taking proper measurements at home is the responsibility of the customer. Do not forget to measure doorways, any space that the appliance must travel through to get to its destination, as well as the final installation place. We can provide cut sheets and detailed specs for all of our appliances, so check with your sales- person. Unfortunately, if returns happen due to a customer's negligence to measure properly, we must charge a 20% restocking fee to cover our costs and re-sell an unboxed piece. If desired, our drivers can come out to measure ahead of time for a small fee. Please note: We do not remove door molding or cut any cabinetry.

Delivery Time Windows

We understand that all customers have jobs and personal obligations, which is why we are committed to giving you a 2-3 hour time window for your delivery. Never should you have to wait around all day for a delivery, as with much of our competition. Please understand that we must route the truck geographically, so any special delivery time requests will be taken very seriously but can never be guaranteed. Your time window will be set the evening before and you will receive it through a phone call from our Phoenixville branch. If you have not received your time window by 7:30 pm, please call 610-933-2900 (Option 2 for Retail Sales) and check with a Sales Associate.

Directions and Cross Streets

Your salesperson is responsible for asking all the necessary details to get your new appliances to your home, however if they forget to ask for the nearest cross street please call and let them know. GPS and online maps are not always accurate, so the nearest cross street and any directions or details that you feel will help them are greatly appreciated and necessary for our drivers (i.e. low bridges, unmarked roads, landmarks, etc.).

Standard Installations

If our delivery team deems any installation as 'non-standard' they will require your approval and signature before proceeding. In addition, an additional fee may be charged depending on the nature of the situation to compensate for additional time spent and materials used, similar to working with any other contractor. 'Non-standard' installations include, but are not limited to, the following scenarios:


Flooring that is raised or built on top of a pre-existing floor makes dishwasher installations very difficult. Cutting off legs of the old dishwasher may be required for removal, but will only be performed with your authorization and signature. There is no guarantee that your dishwasher can be installed if your floor is raised too high, so please discuss this possibility with your salesperson so you can purchase a dishwasher that has more flexibility for your particular installation needs. If a dishwasher installation is beyond the scope of our trained professionals, we might insist on refunding your delivery fee and leaving the project for your own contractor. As a conscientious delivery crew, we always choose to error on the side of protecting your property and avoiding a sloppy installation.

Gas Ranges and Dryers

Gas valves must be located in the appropriate position behind the appliance, as we cannot reposition or manipulate any gas line. We will not touch gas valves on the outside of the house and be responsible for restarting your pilot lights.

Electric Ranges and Dryers

Hardwiring ranges and dryers does not meet the required regulations. We come prepared with 3 prong ($19.95) and 4 prong receptacles ($29.95) which must be installed and will hang loose, but safely, behind the unit. This nominal fee is significantly less than hiring an electrician, so please cooperate with our installers who insist on following local code. Look behind your appliance...If there is a 220v outlet, there will be no additional charges. New cords must always be purchased (3 Prong - $12.95, 4 Prong - $16.95), even with a receptacle installation, as we never take the risk of using an old and possibly frayed cord.

Washing Machines

Old fill hoses can leak or burst. Queen insists on protecting your property by using only new hoses for every one of our washer installations. Some machines come with new rubber hoses, while many do not, so be prepared to purchase new rubber or stainless steel ones for a small fee. If you insist on using your old hoses, that is not a problem, however we will only put the unit in place and you must sign and indicate that you will be hooking up the hoses yourself. 5 foot fill hoses are always used, which is longer than the standard 4 foot; however some tight spaces require longer fill hoses and drain hose extensions for a small fee (i.e. laundry centers).


Refrigerator water lines can only be connected to copper tubing (no charge for install) or via poly line to a shut-off valve behind the refrigerator (small fee for materials). The installers can run a new water line with copper tubing for $79.95.

Inclement Weather

Please understand that our hard-working delivery crew cannot control inclement weather and traffic conditions. If emergencies arise you will be notified and rescheduling arrangements will be made to the best of our abilities. Completing all of our deliveries is a commitment we always keep, and we never intend to inconvenience any of our customers.

Scratch & Dent Appliances

Since Scratch & Dent appliances have pre-existing damage, please make sure to fill out a damage detail form with your salesperson. Our drivers take great pride in protecting your purchases, one of the main reasons we do not sub-contract our delivery team.


Removals of old appliances are $5 for each piece ($15 for Refrigerators) or can be taken outside for your bulk trash pickup at no charge.

  • All merchandise must be inspected and tested at the time of delivery.
  • Queen Appliance is not responsible for customer installation errors.
  • All dimensions must be approved for all major appliances. All no-fit and good stock returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus a re-delivery charge, if applicable. Merchandise must be in its original condition and include all original packing materials, accessories, product manuals and warranty cards. There will be no refund for labor, delivery and/or installation services for good stock returns.
  • If you receive a product that is functionally defective upon delivery you must contact your sales associate within 72 hours for an exchange*. After this period, the manufacturer requires in-home service. If the appliance is deemed non-repairable by the manufacturer it will be replaced in accordance with their individual service/return policies.
  • If you receive a cartoned product that is cosmetically damaged and the part is not replaceable** you must contact your sales associate within 72 hours for an exchange***. After this period, the manufacturer does not authorize damage returns. If you receive a product that is cosmetically damaged and the part is replaceable**, you have 14 days from the time of delivery to request a replacement part at no charge.
  • Queen Appliance reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason. In rare cases, some appliances are non-returnable.
  • * Scratch & Dent appliances and Special Buy items are often one of a kind and sold at significant discounts, therefore if no exact replacement model is available you may apply the credit for that appliance toward a different model. Queen Appliance will always work to provide the best value possible, however any difference in product price is the responsibility of the customer.
  • ** Examples of replaceable cosmetic parts include, but are not limited to:
    • Handles
    • Knobs
    • Panels
    • Feet/Leveling Legs
    • Escutcheon Plate/Panel
    • Toe Kick/Kick Plate
    • etc
  • *** Scratch & Dent and other unboxed items are subject to the agreement at the time of sale. Customer must sign that the appliance arrived in the same condition that it was purchased. If any additional damage is noticed, please contact your sales associate immediately at the time of delivery. Returns after the time of delivery are subject to a re-delivery fee. Damage returns will not be authorized after 72 hours, although replacement parts can be ordered up to 14 days from the time of delivery. Queen Appliance reserves the right to determine if a cosmetic part is to be replaced or if the product should be returned instead.

  • Payments are to be made to Queen Appliance without any deduction or discount other than as stated in these Terms or in the relevant invoice or statement.
  • Online Orders: The balance of the invoice must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • In-Store / Phone Orders (Factory-Direct / New In Box Orders): A deposit of 50% of the invoice price must be paid when placing an order, in order for us to place the order with the vendor. The remaining balance of 50% must be paid within 15 days or at the time of delivery (whichever comes sooner).
  • In-Store / Phone Orders (Open Box / One-Of-A-Kind): A deposit of 5% of the item price must be paid when placing an order, in order to temporarily hold the product for 15 days maximum. An additional 45% deposit must be made within the first 15 day period (bringing the deposit total to 50%), in order to continue to hold the product. The product must be paid in full within 30 days from placing the order or at the time of delivery (whichever comes sooner).
  • Should these terms not be met, we reserve the right to cancel your order and release any product holds at our discretion. A full refund for all deposits made will be provided back to you via the original payment method used.
  • There are no storage charges for items held in our warehouse as long as the item is paid in accordance with the Billing Terms and Conditions listed above.
  • We accept the following credit card payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
  • We offer free 6 months financing (0% Interest) via a BrandSource Credit Card pending credit approval by Citibank. 12 Month Financing is available during certain promotional time windows. Contact your local showroom for more information. Online purchases do not qualify.
