Range works perfectly. Had some issues initially and Bosch replaced the range. Electric oven is excellent and gas range top is a pleasure to cook with. Great Product.

Stove top is great. 5 burner with 18K BTU in middle. Grates are wide and if using small 6 in pan will tend to wobble. Cleans easily
Oven is working great now. Initially oven would not work at oven and convection oven settings. Called Bosch, gave me names of repair guys in area. Called, got authorization
And had it fixed ( thermometer) in 10 days. Now works like a charm

I purchased this range from Home Depot. They delivered it and installed it today and the oven does not work (neither does the broiler). Obviously I does not get any gas. I spent too much money on a product like this to have these problems

Bought this range in July of 2021 to put in a new kitchen. Was not able
to use until October when our kitchen was finished. within six
months oven stopped working after very little use. Its been a month still waiting to be repaired. DO NOT BUY THIS RANGE

Having previously owned a Bosch dishwasher we only wanted Bosch appliances for our new home. Purchased in Oct 2020. Oven stopped working in Feb 2022. Having an extended warranty is NOT a benefit. Cooktop worked up until the 2nd visit by service person. Now nothing works and there is NO end in sight.

I have had the oven for three months and had to have the repair guys here 4 times. 19 days after instillation it quit. Wasn't able to bake for the next three weeks. Repaired and a week later the clock kept resetting itself. ( We should not lose electricity during that time) repaired again and again the clock resets to midnight again. Write to Bosch called Bosch but no help there. All I got was a bill for an extended warranty for six years for$812.

Just had this beautiful hunk of stainless steel installed only to find out that the oven does not work. took a few days to get a tec to come out and trouble shoot the issue. They have to order 3 different parts for a brand new appliance. When I requested that they replace it instead of "fixing" it. I was told that was not the way they handle it. $3900. brand new range and now I have to wait for parts to be ordered. I really expected better from this companyy.

My $4,000 duel fuel range was delivered on Oct 29, 2021.
You better start doing bicep curls if you want to be able to yank out the nonsliding oven racks. But that is not a problem now because the OVEN STOPPED WORKING months ago!
After 3 weeks, the clock started running fast and the oven light went on each time I opened the oven door. It only turns off if I do so manually, each and every time. I need to reset the clock daily.
I have spent countless hours contacting Bosch and waiting for technicians to arrive and "fix" my brand new $4000 oven. But why would a customer accept "fixing" a brand new $4000 oven? Really?!?
Bosch said they will make an even exchange for a new oven. Well, I have been waiting but they are unable to set a date. I am LIVID.
DO NOT BUY...you will be sorry you did!

Great looking stove. The oven and clock is run by a digital item in the middle that is flawed. The oven & clock only worked for a month. The customer service phone line involves long waits and should be improved for more accommodating service. I was hoping for a better product and service from this high end product.

This range was in a recently renovated home that I purchased so it was not selected by me. Visually I find it stunning! It has a lot of great features and I find the oven heats evenly and appreciate the wide variety of functions. The cooktop performs well too but I haven't yet mastered turning on the burner and having it stay lit on the first try. I'm not new to gas so I'm a little surprised by that and will accept that it may be user error. I do find the grates to be a little too spacious for setting things like smaller dishes and pots on them without the item tipping. Unfortunately the oven is not currently working on a couple of the most basic functions and I'm waiting on Bosch service to repair them. Fortunately they failed just inside the warranty period, but it does raise question to the overall longevity of what I expect to be a premium product. Long story short, overall it's nice but I do have some concerns that the oven failed so quickly after purchase.

The range looks great but within a month 2 things already broken.
#1) The clock started to drift and become faster. Within a week it was an hour ahead.
#2) The oven stop working and would not heat up after 3 weeks.
The last item that gave this a 2 star is I have to wait a month to fix my oven! No other local vendor that was on Bosch vendor list would even fix their range unless you bought from them directly.

The oven hasn't worked properly since we bought this in February 2021. Five service calls later and now the oven has gone completely out and Bosch won't do anything about it. Worst stove I've ever had.

I purchased in August 2020. Oven would not work. The oven would not run on only manual. Called for service. Due toCovid it took 3 months for someone to come. The service person said he needed to order parts and they are back ordered. July 2021 service called again. He said the stove could not be fixed. Awful service. Now I need to know if I can get my own service I have had no oven for 1 year. Needed to buy a air fryer. My advise stay clear of purchasing a Bosch stove.

In late March, I bought the 800 Series Dual Range. Two weeks later the oven ceased to work. After five technician visits, for which I had to wait anywhere between 2 to 3 weeks for each visit, multiple parts replacements, and months of frustration, I am the owner of a useless stove that Bosch dosn't know how to fix. Bosch has done nothing but sent technicians and say how sorry they are. This has not helped one bit. If you are considering buying this product, don't.

The stove cooks well. THe burners heat the pans more evenly than our previous stove.
I have one issue: the clock gains time, about 3 minutes a day. I've called tech support 3 times. They finally gave me a repair sservice to call I've called them twice and gotten no response. Seems like Bosch does want to deal with issues on their product.

Love the look and the different size burners!! The air vent for the oven is on the back flat side of the actual stove so when you are frying food is grease pops and land in the vent (and it does) there is NO WAY to get in and clean it up. I wish they would allow every day working people who also cook test products before they are a available to sell.

This is a great professional-looking stove with plenty of power to spare. Since I believe that at this price-point, it is marketed towards homeowners, rather then professional chefs, be aware of these things - if you have household pots with a handle where the handle is heavier than the pot itself, the pot may tip over in some places of the grates. Oven trays may have excessive friction.

Looks great, cooks great. The continuous grates do not work well with pots that have a heavy handle. Those pots tend to tip over towards the handle when placed near the gaps in the grates. Oven racks can have a lot of friction, so consider purchasing the telescoping rack accessory to compsensate for that. During convenction baking the back wall of the oven sometimes vibrates, making a fair amount of noise. Holding it down with my hand stops the noise, but there has to be a better solution to dampen the noisy vibrations due to the spinning fan convection fan. For the price point you won't find a professional level stove like this elsewhere.

Our brand new duel fuel stove doesn't work on the bake and convection bake settings. When we use the other settings, it messes up the clock setting. The repairman has ordered the faulty parts but they've been on back order for over a month. We really like the gas top, and the oven door is completely see thru and the oven light stays on the entire baking time so that's very nice to be able to see the food baking. It's unfortunate that we've had problems with such a nice stove.

Installed brand new, Oct 15, 2020 in brand new kitchen. Stove top is great. 10/31 wanted to use oven, it would not work. All it did was reset the clock to midnight. Bosch qualified tech came, and called factory support. Suggested two modules be replaced. NO parts available. Dealer searched, and located another range. Installed 12/01/2020. All worked until last night 01/22/21, and oven did not work. Same trouble. Just back from dealer who will speak with Bosch. So, in three months, I will be getting a THIRD range, only this time, it will NOT be a Bosch.
