Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy, and expensive and you probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

This product includes the basic manufacturer's warranty (1 year parts/labor).

10 Year Extended Warranty Plans Include Both: 6 Year Full Coverage
(Parts & Labor)
BONUS 4 Year Major Component
(Parts & Labor)

$299.95 Value - Now As Low As $119.95 - Limited Time Offer - Only From Queen Appliance

Why Protect Your Investment With An Extended Warranty?

All of our major appliances include at least a 1 year manufacturer's warranty that covers all parts and labor during this period. Unfortunately, our customer service department is on the phone all day long regarding service calls for appliances that are just a few years old. We only sell high-quality appliances, but it's the unfortunate nature of current appliances that any computerized machine with electronic parts has a chance of needing service. In order to provide the best customer service possible, we highly recommend purchasing one of our heavily discounted extended warranty options. These plans will pay for themselves in just a fraction of one service call and are recommended to even our closest family, friends, and customers. In the event of service trouble, we hope you'll call us directly so we can point you in the right direction and stay with you throughout the whole process. It is important to us that you receive the most prompt and reliable service possible. This is one of the best reasons to buy from our family business.

Which Company Provides this Extended Warranty?

Consumer Priority Service (CPS) provides this Extended Warranty. They are a national company that provides warranties for hundreds of appliance dealers across the country. You can rest assured that this company is not going anywhere and that you will be covered completely through the duration of your plan.

Who Services The Appliance During The Warranty?

During the manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer will be responsible for sending a local authorized service technician to your home (some manufacturer's have their own factory service, others will use local independent servicers). During the Extended Warranty portion, the Extended Warranty company will find you a local authorized service technician to come to your home. If you have a prefered service company, as long as they are authorized on that particular brand of appliance, you can usually use any company you request. Bottom line: you are protected no matter where you are in the country. If you move, the warranty follows the product. You can even transfer ownership of the warranty to a new owner in just a few minute phone call.

Who Do I Call For Service?

To start, you can always call us. This way, you don't need to remember all of the details. We will point you in the right direction. To cut-out the middle man, during the manufacturer's warranty (usually the first year), you can call the manufacturer directly. During the extended warranty portion, call CPS directly for fast approval. CPS can be reached at 1-800-905-0443, e-mailed at info@cpscentral.com, or found at www.cpsCentral.com.

11 Year Extended Warranty - Consumer Priority Service (CPS)

6 Year Full Coverage - All Parts & Labor and Major Appliances

While we at Queen Appliance Wholesale only sell high quality goods, we know that occasionally machines may need servicing. Our Extended Warranty policy will assist you with a factory authorized repair person at any time free of charge, regardless of the brand.

A typical service call today without an Extended Warranty would consist of: Trip Charge $70–90, Labor $70–90/hr, Parts $80–350, averaging $375. The first 6 years of this program covers all parts and labor with no hidden charges including no deductible and is unlimited in terms of quantity of service calls (now that's definitely peace of mind)!!!

With an Extended Warranty through CPS there are no hidden costs. No deductibles. If the covered product needs service after the manufacturer's warranty expires, call the toll-free number and they will assist you.

  • No Lemon Guarantee
  • $250 Food Spoilage Protection Per Repair
  • Power Surge Protection

Could use improvements

Submitted by Nico11e - 7/17/2017

I loved the look of this range in the showroom. Lots of great features, but I don't think it lives up to it's first impression. The cooktop is nice. I like the adjustable sizes of the burners and the warming section and it heat quickly and evenly. The problem is in the digital controls. They are too easily activated when wiping it off, it's far to easy to accidentally shut off or change the oven temp. The timer only beeps once and then intermittently. It would be nice to have a continuous sound option so I don't forget something in the oven. The oven also take a very long time to preheat. Additionally, the oven stick out on the sides from our standard countertops by an inch. This would be fine if the side was stainless like the door, but it is black and stands out terribly. Clearly, this was rushed and not used in a real kitchen for enough time to notice this or work out the annoying bugs.

Stove was incredible until we noticed defects within the glass surface. There is hazing IN the glass above the burners. I never would have paid so much for something that developed such obvious blemishes within 2 weeks of average use.

A Stove that works for Small Spaces

I love, love, LOVE this oven!!

Submitted by Lisa - 3/20/2017

I do a lot of cooking/baking, and have shopped for a range for a very long time to find one that I thought would meet all of my needs. This one has not disappointed! The 3-racks hold 6 - 9 x 13 pans with ease! The steam tray is something I never thought I needed, but very handy. The burners on the glass top are as convenient as expected as well. Fits many sizes of pans with ease. I was extremely indecisive about what color of stove to get, as we were replacing all of our appliances at once. I have always had black and loved them. Wasn't a fan of the trendy stainless steel, but am very happy with this. Will go with anything, and looks very classy! If I had to complain, it would be for (2) "minor" issues. The warming drawer is amazing...but, I was specifically wanting to use it for dinner rolls. Too short for that! Fits only a cookie/brownie pan or 9 x 13 pan - due to height restrictions. The other downfall is the volume of the timer. If you're not right in the kitchen, you don't always hear the timer go off. Neither of these issues, however, would keep me from recommending this remarkable oven! Thank you, KitchenAid for designing a functional oven for those of us that cook "industrial sized" in our own personal kitchens!

Worst Self-Cleaning Oven system I've even owned

Submitted by Happy Baker - 3/19/2017

I have had this range for a little over a year now and every time I try to clean the self-cleaning oven with the AquaLift Self-Cleaning Technology.......I can't believe I actually paid the kind of money that I did for the poor, poor quality that I received. I run it through the self-cleaning cycle 3x's and it still does not clean any of the oven surfaces except the very bottom of the pan that holds the water. The edges, door, and walls of the oven are in the same condition as when I started. You can't scrub it off either because you can't use anything on the over surface that might work. The recommended Affresh Appliance Cleaner is worthless in cleaning the oven. Does anyone have the answer to this problem???

Insufficient baking drawer

Submitted by Bake a cake - 3/1/2017

The baking drawer cannot accommodate a half sheet pan, only a flat cookie sheet. So much for baking rolls while the turkey is still in the oven or baking a dozen cupcakes in the drawer.

Looks good, poor quality

Submitted by Dona - 2/12/2017

During installation the service person turned on the oven to check if it was working. Two hours after the service person left and the oven was turned off---it was still on and hot. One day KA was called and scheduled a service call. The repairman on day two of ownership said the entire electrical panel would have to be replaced. Until replacement the door has to be opened after it is turned off so it will shut down! The top is too hot and on low thing burn. The "hot" indicator light turns on for the opposite side of the range! The retailer said if anything else goes wrong, they will replace the range.

Good in Theory - Terrible in Reality

Submitted by Snowbird from OH - 2/7/2017

I purchased the KSIB900ESS Slide-in Induction Range on 11/11/16 and it had concealed damage to the trim moldings upon delivery. The functionality of the induction range and oven work as advertised however, the quality of workmanship of the stainless steel trim is much less than desirable. While the initial damaged trim piece has been replaced, the replacement piece is also not accurately sized and thus the sleek design has been compromised. Kitchen Aid also advertised a wireless probe with the range as one of it's features and after 3 months I have still not received the wireless probe - it is claimed to be on back order. The promotion at the time of purchase also offered a free set of cookware upon registration of the serial number of the range. That cookware was also on backorder and it has also not been received as of 3 months after the purchase. It's not the range..... it's the company that I don't recommend.

Excellent. Just minor quibbles.

Submitted by Ben Mills - 2/6/2017

Our new range is beautiful. Stainless steel and glass; very nice to look at. It bakes evenly and our cookies and cakes come out looking so much better than our previous 15-year-old range. The only drawback is the touchpad controls are supersensitive, and wiping off the surface sometime sets the oven or causes some other function to beep at me. It'd be great if there is a way to push a button to disable the touchpad while you wiped it off and then turn it back on again. And when the timer is set, it only beeps once when the alarm goes off. It will beep again after 30 to 60 seconds. But if you aren't listening for it, you'll miss it. It needs to have a louder, more attention getting sound. Other than that highly recommended.

Update - finally a range that works

Submitted by Lynn O - 1/26/2017

After a year (13 months to be exact), Kitchen Aid finally agreed that my range did not work as designed and provided a new unit (same model). Imagine, my baking drawer now heats up in a reasonable time (< 20 min)! I love the features for this range (especially the proof and steam bake) and now that the baking drawer actually works, I am very happy. However, since it took a year for Kitchen Aid to finally acknowledge that there was a problem (including 6 months of repeatedly telling me a firmware fix was in development), I cannot recommend this product to anyone else. The customer service was horrible. The new unit was delivered without the probe (I just kept the original one) and a scratched steam resivoir (KA sent a new one). So A+ for the new range working and having all the features that I need as an avid bread baker. F for customer service (especially the one who told me I should have asked before purchasing what the pre-heat time was and that 2 hours was "as designed."). And F for continuing to tell me a fix was in design for 6+ months. Thanksgiving and Christmas were difficult with a non-functioning unit.

Enjoying it

Submitted by Chris - 1/22/2017

We bought 2 months ago and we really like the look and features of it. One glitch happened about 2 weeks ago where the control panel froze up and then displayed that there was a problem with the control panel/call for service. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and the problem has not reoccurred since. Love the stove, just a little worried. All of our KitchenAid appliances have been great though.

Good looking, but what is going to fail next?

Submitted by Sean Devine - 1/20/2017

The first review that came up mimics our experience. $370.00 repair replacing the cooling fan at 16 months. The repairman from appliance hospital knew exactly which part to bring when I read the error code. He was right. He told me that 95% of his repairs are to almost new appliances. 95%!!!

Good looking, but not worth the price.

Submitted by Gwa - 1/14/2017

We have had this range for a year and had to have twice. First, a cooling fan failure. Second, the oven and broiler take way to long to heat up. Third, the bottom oven-drawer is worthless!

Stylish stovetop

Submitted by Scott - 1/7/2017

While we have not used all the features on this range, we love everything so far. We really like the size of the burners. We like all the different options of temperature control on the burners. Burners heat and cook fast. So far have only used the oven for baking cookies but had no issues. The one downside is when cleaning the cooktop the control panel is sensitive and will turn something on.

Very disappointed in this higher-end range.

Submitted by NCGiGi - 1/7/2017

This is a very good-looking range, matching all my other KA kitchen appliances, but I am very disappointed in the cleaning processes. It bakes and cooks just okay, but even if a little water splatters on cooktop while cooking, I must wait until it is completely cool again and use special cleaner to scrub with special scrubber to get the splatters off! It is a constant big-deal clean-up. For cleaning the oven, I must pour water in the bottom of the oven while the "Aqua-Lift" (steam) works, and although the oven isn't very soiled, and I run the process twice, I still have to use a lot of elbow grease, a non-abrasive cleaner and scrubber, and not nearly all the soil can be removed. I've owned this range for a year, and I cannot imagine how soiled it is going to look over time. The oven door window is great for looking inside while baking with interior light, but is extremely easily soiled and unable to remove all the spots, streaks, etc., by using many different safe and unabrasive cleaning processes. KA should not be distributing an appliance so difficult to clean. I love all my other matching KA appliances, but not this one!

Disappointed and frustrated

Submitted by Laura - 1/6/2017

I am disappointed and frustrated with my new Kitchen Aid Range. I had the same oven for 9 yrs and loved it - Which is why I bought another one. After 30 days I had to "Call for Service" for the convection oven. It was not turning on for the week before Xmas when I was trying to get baking done. I am very frustrated with the heat of the burners. They are too hot. When on low everything is burning.

Submitted by Rebecca, the disappointed cook - 12/6/2016

Let me start with the stove top - at least it heats up quickly and cooks properly. But despite having a lovely touch screen, with a locking feature, to control the two ovens, this stove has knobs on the front to control the cook top but no safety feature to lock them. A child can walk by and turn on the cooktop in the blink of an eye. Now the ovens, if you can call them that. The first thing I had problems with was the baking or rather burning drawer. It does not close properly or retain heat. But it will get hot enough to heat your house. Everything, and I do mean everything I have attempted to bake or even keep warm has burned. But, the drawer will not even stay shut. I have had two service calls about this and another matter. The suggestion was to prop a 5lb bag of flour or sugar against the drawer to keep it shut. ????????? But no matter, the hot air leaching from it is a danger to both children and adult. Next the oven. Where do I begin? I was warned that it would be slow to heat and reach temperature but I was not prepared for 20 min to a half hour for higher temperatures. But once it finally did reach temperature, the temperature of the house raised and the oven itself was hot to touch on the outside. Plus the cabinets next to the stove are also warm to touch. It has become the family joke that for Thanksgiving and Christmas we would have doors and windows open, in OH, to attempt to cool the house down from over 80 degrees. Then there is the food. I am a decent cook but I can't seem to get a decent meal using this oven. Something is always either burned or undercooked no matter where I place the oven racks. This past weekend, my husband got out a thermometer with a probe on the end and held it near the oven door. With the door closed and the thermometer NOT touching the stove, the temperature raised to 150 degrees. That is the heat coming out of the oven with the door closed. It is enough to burn a child. The stove is a high end lemon and DANGEROUS!!!!!

Christmas Cookie Champ!!!

Submitted by CJ - 12/4/2016

Christmas cookies are a family tradition that spans 3 generations and this range passed the test with flying colors. The oven baked evenly and beautifully, keep in mind this tradition is not just a few cookies and for 1 day of baking. The tradition is baking thousands of cookies over several days. I was worried my new range would pass this test. I had nothing to worry about, I recommend this range.

Exceeded expectations

Submitted by Mother of 3 teens - 11/28/2016

Got this 10 days ago and have been very pleased with its performance. The rapid boil element really is faster than a traditional element, though don't expect boiling water in mere seconds; it just cuts a few minutes off the regular amount of time. The warming element is a nice feature, as are the ultra low heat/melt burner and the triple burner. I find the elements continue to hold heat for quite a while after turning them off; I turn the burner off after boiling down my rice, instead of leaving it on low for the rice to steam to a finish. Water spatters that have dried on the cooktop don't come off with a cloth; you need to use a soapy nylon scrubber (my stove came with one), but with the scrubber, they come off very easily, no elbow grease needed. I had read reviews that the baking drawer took 2 hours to reach 350 degrees and even then was not hot enough to bake. I haven't baked in mine yet, but when I heated the drawer to 400 degrees to burn off the new oven smell, it reached 400 degrees in about 10 minutes. The roll out rack in the main oven is a pleasure to use; it glides out silently at the touch of a finger, like magic! I used all 3 racks at the same time to roast a triple batch of potato wedges. Using the convection bake, it took the same amount of time my old non-convection oven did for 2 racks. The huge viewing window is lovely and clear, making it easy to check on the food inside the oven. Getting rid of smears and fingerprints on the stainless steel takes a bit of rubbing, but it's not impossible. I love the chunky knobs on the stove front. Overall, this stove feels like a high end upgrade compared to my previous 21 year old GE Profile stove, and I'm very pleased with it.

Do not Buy TOO HOT

Submitted by Slamtennis - 10/25/2016

This oven is dangerous!!!!!!!!!!! I turned the oven on 350 to test it out because the builder needed a punch list. It took some time to heat up. But once it did, Holy smoke Batman! I set the timer for 1 hour because this is a very typical time and temperature I use. OH MY GOSH. The unit is so HOT on the entire front door and control panel. Along the cabinets beside the oven. It is so hot that you instinctively pull your hand away. It took over an hour to cool off. Of course I had a repair man out. He literally slid a piece of paper between the oven door and pulled it out. He said it is working as it should and said that's all he can do. He told me to call Whirlpool/Kitchenaid customer service. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN OR PETS.

Aqua Clean

Submitted by ellie - 10/20/2016

I love the stove in many ways it heats quickly, gooks evenly, controls are a little too sensitive. I am a big kitchenaid fan everything in my old house was kitchen aid and the same when we moved. And this is the first time i feel I need to write a review. The aqua clean does not work I ran it 4 times and the dirt around the probe will not come off no matter how hard i try to clean it, it is awkward to see, because the lights are shining in my eyes. There are other areas that are the same. I do not want to use chemicals can you recommend another way to get this clean like the old days when it just got hot and when done perfectly clean?

Great performer!

Submitted by jimnnancy - 10/17/2016

Thus far the stove top and oven(s) work great. We absolutely love the baking drawer; just the right size for the two of us without having to use the large oven on hot days. The only drawback is the hyper sensitive control panel on the top of the range. It makes it hard to clean the stove top after each use and is always turning something on making us scramble to locate the cancel control.

I love the quality of the range so far! I do wish the oven would preheat faster though but so far it's produced great food. Also I wish the timer was either louder or continued beeping for longer than just one beep. I can hardly hear the one beep when the timer goes off making it basically unusable

Great Features

Submitted by Sil - 9/25/2016

I bought this about a month and a half ago and I love this stove with convection. There is one feature with convection that is a little different from my last stove. I did not have to wait for convection to pre-heat on my old stove like I do with this one, but even with that small annoying feature I love this stove. It cooks quickly and evenly all around.

Very disappointed in this purchase and have called KitchenAid and have had repair service 3 times. Cooktop was scratched and replaced but stains and scratches easily. Major issue is exterior temperature when oven is on. Appears that there is no insulation and repair service agrees that it's too hot. It's been 6 months and still no resolution. KitchenAid safety dept. says ovens will be hotter on outside as customers ask for more interior capacity...at the expense of safety. This is a safety issue!

This is THE most awesome appliance ever! TWO ovens, and several different options on the range top. This is the most versatile range I've ever used, and it cooks evenly, and bakes perfectly! I combined this with the microwave/convection oven on the wall and a second wall oven, soI've got FOUR gorgeous ovens in my kitchen! I can do ANYTHING, and plenty of it!

The window in the oven door large and the light so bright, it make the oven seem much larger.

Really Nice Range

Submitted by Reno Gal - 8/15/2016

Very stylish in our new kitchen. The cook top is nice with the adjustable burners to pan size. Heats quickly. Paid up for the convection model, but not convinced it was worth it - doesn't save that much time. Bakes everything perfectly and the lowest time setting. Happy with it.

Great looks and Great performance

Submitted by Lora Lou - 8/14/2016

This is a great looking stove that performs great too. I love the features of this stove there is nothing like baking with a convection oven. The stove top gives you options with its multi-use burner and a warming element. I have not had a chance to use the baking drawer but it will solve problems with holiday meals giving me extra room to bake while the oven bakes the turkey.

Great features

We did a total remodel of our kitchen, and I knew what features I wanted in my new kitchen appliances. This range fit the bill exactly. I love to cook so I wanted a few of the special features as the melt setting on one of the burners, the keep warm burner as well. I love the options of the size of the burners. I wanted a second oven for warming up items without having to warm up the large oven and the baking drawer is perfect.

Look for another brand

Submitted by AK - 8/8/2016

I purchased this in 2015 to upgrade my older appliances. We chose Kitchenaid because it is American made and this unit looked nice. Unfortunately, we have had nothing but problems in the 9 months we have owned it. - The oven thermometer was initially set too low, so none of our food cooked correctly. - The burners will burn food if set higher than very low. - The touchpad has quit working on multiple occasions, rendering the oven completely useless. The repairman told me that Kitchenaid built this so that the oven heats up the electrical cords that go to the touchpad. They then overheat and no longer work. - I was also told by repairmen that I should never use the autoclean feature on the oven if I want my oven to continue to work (intermittently). My oven is under warranty currently, but after the first year is up, I will have to spend a lot of money for the extended warranty because I know that these problems will continue. The company that is contracted through Kitchenaid to perform warranty repairs is slow and probably the cheapest they could find. The company has lost parts and the warranty service process takes one month from start to finish, so if my oven is not working, it is out for a month. I have since bought a toaster oven (another brand) because my oven so often does not work. Bottom line - if you plan to never cook, this oven will look nice in your kitchen. If you do cook, choose another brand.

Buy something else

Submitted by Dot - 7/21/2016

This is not a self-cleaning oven, so be prepared to get on your hands and knees to scrub it without the help of Easy Off If you cook with a lid on your pot and the evaporation spills under your pan, it will embed that water stain into the glass and you will be scrubbing with the weiman daily cleaner, granular cooktop max, scrubbing pads and a razor tool they provide, just to get the water stain up. Not to mention, spilled food, oil, etc that might occur. The heavy cleaning is also a daily routine. The baking drawer is a joke. 1-1/2 hours to cook a pie. It's more of a warmer. The locked position for the controls keeps shutting off by itself.

Great features/great value!

Submitted by Granny - 6/20/2016

So far, I love my new Range! i haven't had it very long so haven't used all of the features and settings yet. It was a display model so didn't come with an instruction guide, I wish it would've. (Yes, I've downloaded one but.........)Or provided an online video on how to use everything. It has fantastic features like professional models but at an affordable price. I love the huge oven, my old one was teeny and I had to bake pizzas one at a time. Last night, I made 4 at the same time! The only thing so far that I have noticed wasn't really user friendly is the delay bake. My old one was so simple, set the temp, the cook time and the stop time. It did all the calculations for you. With this one you have to calculate the start time. I also wish the timer would ring more than one ding in case I'm in another part of the house and miss it. Other than that I'm enjoying it so far.

Only complaint is the cooktop surface!

Submitted by NC GiGi - 5/21/2016

My new range works well, and my only complaint is about the cooktop surface--which marks even if just a little water sprays out of a pot/pan. Seems I'm always cleaning it. When it's clean it looks fabulous, but takes constant care. Surely there is a better option for the surface! Haven't used the second baking drawer but a couple times so far, but seems to work fine.

Great Looking Range, but........

Submitted by Busy Baker - 5/14/2016

I bought this oven 6 months ago and the oven has had moderate use. The oven has become soiled very easily compared to the range and oven that I had for the previous 15 years. The AquaLift cleaning system doesn't begin to clean the soil spots from the bottom of the oven. I have used a mild cleanser with the sponge that came with the unit and I still can't get the soiled spots to come off. I don't believe I ever saw my grandmother work as hard as I had to in order to clean her oven and mine is still not clean. This cleaning system is not adequate. Therefore, I could not recommend this range to a friend.

Beautiful Range

Submitted by Tuggie - 5/3/2016

Impressive-looking range. If you notice, the knobs are in the front, not along the back. It makes for a much sleeker look, and if you have a nice backsplash it looks rather impressive and high-end. I've used the convection option a few times, and it seems to work fine. I am still working with the burners, as they seems to be fickle. Adjusting them can be tricky. I sometimes get it much too hot, then adjust it down only for it to be too low. Overall, a very nice range...much nicer than your average one, but then again the price reflects it.

At Queen Appliance we only offer 'white-glove' delivery services, so you never have to worry about additional charges to put a product in place, carry up stairs, or hook up hoses, water lines, and power chords. Installation charges do apply for built-in or gas appliances, but we will always be drastically less expensive than hiring an electrician or plumber! Call a Sales Associate to verify delivery and installation charges.

In addition, many of our appliances include rebates to cover the cost of delivery and even installation! Speak to a sales associate for more information on specific delivery and installation charges.

Queen's Premium Delivery Service

While most of our competitors sub-contract their delivery services, we take pride in quality control and protection of your appliances and property. Not only can we better accommodate specific customer needs, but we guarantee professionalism throughout each of our deliveries and patience with all of our customers.

We may sell a lot of scratched & dented appliances, but we take great pride in the fact that we do not CREATE our own Scratch & Dent merchandise.

Measure Dimensions

Queen will always take responsibility for mistakes that we make; however taking proper measurements at home is the responsibility of the customer. Do not forget to measure doorways, any space that the appliance must travel through to get to its destination, as well as the final installation place. We can provide cut sheets and detailed specs for all of our appliances, so check with your sales- person. Unfortunately, if returns happen due to a customer's negligence to measure properly, we must charge a 20% restocking fee to cover our costs and re-sell an unboxed piece. If desired, our drivers can come out to measure ahead of time for a small fee. Please note: We do not remove door molding or cut any cabinetry.

Delivery Time Windows

We understand that all customers have jobs and personal obligations, which is why we are committed to giving you a 2-3 hour time window for your delivery. Never should you have to wait around all day for a delivery, as with much of our competition. Please understand that we must route the truck geographically, so any special delivery time requests will be taken very seriously but can never be guaranteed. Your time window will be set the evening before and you will receive it through a phone call from our Phoenixville branch. If you have not received your time window by 7:30 pm, please call 610-933-2900 (Option 2 for Retail Sales) and check with a Sales Associate.

Directions and Cross Streets

Your salesperson is responsible for asking all the necessary details to get your new appliances to your home, however if they forget to ask for the nearest cross street please call and let them know. GPS and online maps are not always accurate, so the nearest cross street and any directions or details that you feel will help them are greatly appreciated and necessary for our drivers (i.e. low bridges, unmarked roads, landmarks, etc.).

Standard Installations

If our delivery team deems any installation as 'non-standard' they will require your approval and signature before proceeding. In addition, an additional fee may be charged depending on the nature of the situation to compensate for additional time spent and materials used, similar to working with any other contractor. 'Non-standard' installations include, but are not limited to, the following scenarios:

Flooring that is raised or built on top of a pre-existing floor makes dishwasher installations very difficult. Cutting off legs of the old dishwasher may be required for removal, but will only be performed with your authorization and signature. There is no guarantee that your dishwasher can be installed if your floor is raised too high, so please discuss this possibility with your salesperson so you can purchase a dishwasher that has more flexibility for your particular installation needs. If a dishwasher installation is beyond the scope of our trained professionals, we might insist on refunding your delivery fee and leaving the project for your own contractor. As a conscientious delivery crew, we always choose to error on the side of protecting your property and avoiding a sloppy installation.

Gas Ranges and Dryers

Gas valves must be located in the appropriate position behind the appliance, as we cannot reposition or manipulate any gas line. We will not touch gas valves on the outside of the house and be responsible for restarting your pilot lights.

Electric Ranges and Dryers

Hardwiring ranges and dryers does not meet the required regulations. We come prepared with 3 prong ($19.95) and 4 prong receptacles ($29.95) which must be installed and will hang loose, but safely, behind the unit. This nominal fee is significantly less than hiring an electrician, so please cooperate with our installers who insist on following local code. Look behind your appliance...If there is a 220v outlet, there will be no additional charges. New cords must always be purchased (3 Prong - $12.95, 4 Prong - $16.95), even with a receptacle installation, as we never take the risk of using an old and possibly frayed cord.

Washing Machines

Old fill hoses can leak or burst. Queen insists on protecting your property by using only new hoses for every one of our washer installations. Some machines come with new rubber hoses, while many do not, so be prepared to purchase new rubber or stainless steel ones for a small fee. If you insist on using your old hoses, that is not a problem, however we will only put the unit in place and you must sign and indicate that you will be hooking up the hoses yourself. 5 foot fill hoses are always used, which is longer than the standard 4 foot; however some tight spaces require longer fill hoses and drain hose extensions for a small fee (i.e. laundry centers).

Refrigerator water lines can only be connected to copper tubing (no charge for install) or via poly line to a shut-off valve behind the refrigerator (small fee for materials). The installers can run a new water line with copper tubing for $79.95.

Inclement Weather

Please understand that our hard-working delivery crew cannot control inclement weather and traffic conditions. If emergencies arise you will be notified and rescheduling arrangements will be made to the best of our abilities. Completing all of our deliveries is a commitment we always keep, and we never intend to inconvenience any of our customers.

Scratch & Dent Appliances

Since Scratch & Dent appliances have pre-existing damage, please make sure to fill out a damage detail form with your salesperson. Our drivers take great pride in protecting your purchases, one of the main reasons we do not sub-contract our delivery team.

Removals of old appliances are $5 for each piece ($15 for Refrigerators) or can be taken outside for your bulk trash pickup at no charge.
