Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy, and expensive and you probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

This product includes the basic manufacturer's warranty (1 year parts/labor).

10 Year Extended Warranty Plans Include Both: 6 Year Full Coverage
(Parts & Labor)
BONUS 4 Year Major Component
(Parts & Labor)

$299.95 Value - Now As Low As $119.95 - Limited Time Offer - Only From Queen Appliance

Why Protect Your Investment With An Extended Warranty?

All of our major appliances include at least a 1 year manufacturer's warranty that covers all parts and labor during this period. Unfortunately, our customer service department is on the phone all day long regarding service calls for appliances that are just a few years old. We only sell high-quality appliances, but it's the unfortunate nature of current appliances that any computerized machine with electronic parts has a chance of needing service. In order to provide the best customer service possible, we highly recommend purchasing one of our heavily discounted extended warranty options. These plans will pay for themselves in just a fraction of one service call and are recommended to even our closest family, friends, and customers. In the event of service trouble, we hope you'll call us directly so we can point you in the right direction and stay with you throughout the whole process. It is important to us that you receive the most prompt and reliable service possible. This is one of the best reasons to buy from our family business.

Which Company Provides this Extended Warranty?

Consumer Priority Service (CPS) provides this Extended Warranty. They are a national company that provides warranties for hundreds of appliance dealers across the country. You can rest assured that this company is not going anywhere and that you will be covered completely through the duration of your plan.

Who Services The Appliance During The Warranty?

During the manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer will be responsible for sending a local authorized service technician to your home (some manufacturer's have their own factory service, others will use local independent servicers). During the Extended Warranty portion, the Extended Warranty company will find you a local authorized service technician to come to your home. If you have a prefered service company, as long as they are authorized on that particular brand of appliance, you can usually use any company you request. Bottom line: you are protected no matter where you are in the country. If you move, the warranty follows the product. You can even transfer ownership of the warranty to a new owner in just a few minute phone call.

Who Do I Call For Service?

To start, you can always call us. This way, you don't need to remember all of the details. We will point you in the right direction. To cut-out the middle man, during the manufacturer's warranty (usually the first year), you can call the manufacturer directly. During the extended warranty portion, call CPS directly for fast approval. CPS can be reached at 1-800-905-0443, e-mailed at info@cpscentral.com, or found at www.cpsCentral.com.

11 Year Extended Warranty - Consumer Priority Service (CPS)

6 Year Full Coverage - All Parts & Labor and Major Appliances

While we at Queen Appliance Wholesale only sell high quality goods, we know that occasionally machines may need servicing. Our Extended Warranty policy will assist you with a factory authorized repair person at any time free of charge, regardless of the brand.

A typical service call today without an Extended Warranty would consist of: Trip Charge $70–90, Labor $70–90/hr, Parts $80–350, averaging $375. The first 6 years of this program covers all parts and labor with no hidden charges including no deductible and is unlimited in terms of quantity of service calls (now that's definitely peace of mind)!!!

With an Extended Warranty through CPS there are no hidden costs. No deductibles. If the covered product needs service after the manufacturer's warranty expires, call the toll-free number and they will assist you.

  • No Lemon Guarantee
  • $250 Food Spoilage Protection Per Repair

Great Fridge

Submitted by Karen - 9/25/2017

Been using this for a month now, it's great! Tall bottles (beer) don't fit well in the door, clank and slide around every time we open it, would love if a couple of the door shelves had taller holders. Love the ice maker, never hear it run like our old one. Also love the water inside the fridge. It would make sense to make the deli tray two bins so you could open it with only one door open, but overall, love this fridge!

Love it but it took FOREVER for it to arrive ?

Really love this refrigerator. It was exactly what we wanted and needed. However, it was a special order and took over two months for it to arrive, way past the initial expected arrival date.

So far, so good.

Submitted by Page - 9/19/2017

My refrigerator arrived two weeks ago. Since I am not totally back in my kitchen I have not been able to take full advantage of it, but so far I very pleased with the overall capacity and I love how it looks in my kitchen. In fact I fell in love with the refrigerator the first time I saw it. My previous refrigerator was a side by side with ice and water in the door and while that feature was convenient I was always picking up ice off the floor and cleaning up splashes; it also took up quite a bit of space in the freezer. I chose the Kitchenaid with filtered water spout inside and the ice in the freezer to save my new wood floors. The size is just right for my small kitchen and fits perfectly with the new cabinets.

Submitted by Bouma Build - 9/18/2017

This is a junk. I put this product in a spec I'm building. The kitchenaide tag was a half inch off straight and the left door would not close without lifting the door up and inch. Poorly built and lack of quality control.

Great features with a problem

Submitted by bob - 9/3/2017

Love the inside water and ice maker in the freezer. However, the freezer door does not open properly and the ice container does not remain attached to the door. We did not have these issues with an older model of this design.

Submitted by Kaliope - 8/15/2017

Love the inside water tap instead of the ones featuring water ansd ice despenser on the outside. It keeps the clean lines for a more contemporary look. Freezer shelves are perfect for separating different groups of food. Crisper works great too. Only problem is a collection of ice on the inside freezer door now and then. Maybe I open it too often? All in all, I love it.

Terrible Quality Control... it truly deserves zero stars

Submitted by Martin - 8/2/2017

The refrigerator was delivered as part of a "KitchenAid Package," which we purchased because we had 23 years of trouble free service with our builder grade Whirlpool appliances. That party has ended. The doors were do far out of alignment that the mullion strip would not engage, so a Service Tech was sent out to adjust the doors. The problem is that the get the doors to work, the box has to be twisted and the wheels are off the ground. When I needed to move the refrigerator into it's permanent location, I could not get the doors to align well and after I got them close, they gradually became misaligned. another call to KitchenAid and another service call (they're standard response to all problems) and the doors were aligned again (same tech). But the doors are becoming misaligned and the refrigerator box is so out of square that it barely fits in the 36 inch refrigerator cabinet (that was ordered based on the KitchenAid specs). (The upper right corner and lower left corner of the refrigerator hit the cabinet.

There are only a few options in refrigerators when placing by a wall that allow the door to open without hitting. I have purchased KA before for two other house because of the hinge they use. The others were a different model(shorter and slight bow to door) love the flat door and taller style, however the left door does not shut properly. I'm concerned it's a design flaw as I have had the repair guys once and have scheduled them again. The flap gets caught under the upper catch plate and hits the pullout drawer causing the flap to stick and door not to close. You have to make sure the left closes before the right. No grabbing something quickly and no opening the left side only. Both doors have to open. No just pushing the doors and allowing them to close on their own... hopefully this will get fixed. Really tired of, yet thankful for the alarm!

Submitted by Jake - 7/23/2017

I bought this beautiful looking refrigerator in January 2017 and while it looks great, it has a hard time.....ummm.....refrigerating things. In April 2017 we wake up one day and the refrigerator portion is not cold at all i.e. 60-70 degrees. We had to dump all of the food that was in there and wait over a week for a part to arrive. July 2017, wake up with the same issue but this time the fridge is holding steady in the mid-50s. Once again, we have to dump all of our food. I'm sure it's a couple hundred bucks worth between the two instances. They refuse to replace the refrigerator even though it sure seems like it's a lemon. I called on Monday and the first available appointment was Friday, I asked for them to bring the part that they used to fix it last time and they would not do that, so now I have to wait until at least the following Wednesday until the part comes in. Long story short, I'm without a refrigerator for over a week and half, which is wonderful for a family of 4 that includes a 6 month old and 2 year old. Needless to say, I'll never be buying a KitchenAid appliance ever again.

Submitted by dia - 7/18/2017

I have had this refrigerator for nine months now and I like very much everything EXCEPT how loud the compressor is when it runs; it gets on my nerves. The refrig makes more noise than my previous one that was 18 years old. I like the looks and the top part holds a lot of food.

Great visibility and functionality

Submitted by Mike - 7/17/2017

We replaced a side freezer model that was nearing the end of its life (also a Kitchenaid). We are very pleased with this model. It provides much better visibility, especially in the freezer (no more stuff getting lost for a year) and has a good array of compartments in the refrigerator to a accommodate everything. Great choice.

Gasket Failure

Submitted by SueQ - 7/17/2017

I was disappointed that the magnet in the gasket fell out of the bottom of the refrigerator within two months. The gasket needs to be reinforced so it's much sturdier on the bottom to hold the magnet. Due to air infiltration, the refrigerator is no longer keeping food at an even temperature. Sure, it's under a one year warranty, but I want quality right from the start. I would be surprised if this is the first time that KitchenAid became aware of this problem.

Submitted by WAM - 7/12/2017

Terrible design

Submitted by rslueb - 6/26/2017

I strongly advice against buying this refrigerator. It has two serious design defects: 1. The shelves do not extend all the way to the back of the compartment. Not only is valuable space wasted, but items easily get stuck or fall to lower shelves. See the attached picture. 2. The shelf brackets do not go all the way to the bottom of the compartment. This means that if you position the bottom shelf at the lowest level, it flexes whenever something is set on the shelf. See the attached video.

So much space

Submitted by Britney - 6/14/2017

We replaced a traditional side by side with this model. I love that every shelf is configurable. We can fit so much at once and I use the drawer for kid snacks. The doors hold so many condiments! It was difficult finding a refrigerator without door dispensing water and ice. I love that this one has a water option inside the door. We live in an area with earthy tasting water and use a reverse osmosis system for our drinking water.

Submitted by Christina - 6/1/2017

This fits perfectly under the cabinet above and I love the flat front as apposed to the curve on other models. I wanted to replace my older French door refrigerator that had the ice maker in the door because I was tired of cleaning the water spots and really never used it. The water feature inside the fridge is great and I get plenty of ice from the freezer.

Happy with purchase once the doors were levelled

Submitted by CMR - 5/27/2017

We're generally happy with this refrigerator. It has good interior space with good bin and shelving options. The water dispenser is a big improvement over our old refrigerator (this refrigerator replaces a 2005 Jenn-aire French door unit). The freezer isn't large, but it makes good use of space. The ice maker generates A LOT of ice. Our only complaint is it that the unit had the doors uneven on deliver. The installation crew didn't know how to level the unit/adjust the doors. This made the left hand door (which has the magnetic seal) not close unless the right door was opened as well. The manual didn't address (clearly) how to address this. A few videos later from the website, the doors are even and closing correctly.

Runs constantly

Submitted by Sam - 5/19/2017

My wife and I purchased this refrigerator as part of a recent kitchen remodel, along with a KitchenAid dishwasher and electric induction range. We are very happy with the other two appliances, but not at all pleased with the fridge. The condenser motor runs constantly (over 95% of the time) and is quite loud. It is easily heard through the walls in the next room, and drives me nuts when I am next to it in the kitchen. As this is totally different from any other refrigerator we have ever owned, including our last Whirlpool, I contacted KitchenAid customer service to inquire about a service call. I was told that the constant running was to be expected, and that if it didn't run all of the time my food would spoil. Hmmm, this very expensive insulated box can't keep a constant temperature even when it has been hours since the doors have been opened? Maddening. It is a nice looking appliance and is very functional. If the noise issue were resolved I'd rate it a 4.5

I'm Liking It!

Submitted by CiaoBella - 5/3/2017

First, let me say, my last refrigerator was a Thermador (built-in French door bottom freezer/matching cabinet doors) so it was seamless. My Kitchenaid Counter Depth French Door bottom freezer w/interior water dispenser is just as nice. Does it have the big $$$? No. Was it pricey? Yes. Pricey compared to a regular depth refrigerator - just because it was counter depth. Seems it should have been cheaper since it doesn't have the same cu.ft. that a regular depth refrigerator. Good location for the filter. Easy access. This was important to me since my Thermador Built-in was located at the bottom of the refrigerator behind the grill. Yes. You read this right. I HATED this feature. That's why when I purchased the Kitchenaid it was important where the filter was located because my husband is unable physically to help. Another feature I like about this refrigerator is that the bottom freezer drawer has three drawers (multi-level storage). However, if you have a big family it's going to be on the small side. It's a good size for two adults. I must say the shelving is deeper than my Thermador. I'm liking this frig. Noticed some buyers mentioning the SS. You have wipe the refrigerator with a stainless steel cleaner in the direction of the grain. I'm not having issues with SS cleaning. I will say that it is not the same high quality grain used on Thermador appliances. Thermador was great at easy clean up.

Review is not from a sweepstakes, We bought this on purpose.

Submitted by JP X 2 - 5/1/2017

We've had this fridge installed for six months. I waited to post this review to give the unit and us, a chance to settle in. We did a lot of research prior to choosing this model and I will say we were swayed by the interior design of both the fridge and freezer sections. We wanted a french door unit specifically, but had one criteria; the freezer section had to be able to store a frozen pizza box. We also wanted water and ice, but did not want the bulky in door port to deal with. This unit met both of the requirements. The inside water dispenser is great! As other reviewers have mentioned, it does tend to drip once after it shuts off, but it isn't the drama others have also posted. Just simply wait a couple seconds and done. The freezer design is fantastic for the space. The separate drawers handle at least two frozen pizzas and the upper drawer keeps ice cream containers and plenty else. I like it. Many have posted about the inner shelves in the fridge not reaching the back wall. This is a design necessity for the cooling air, which comes from the top, to travel down the back wall... it is a bit of an inconvenience, but again, we have learned to live with it. Finally, the door system. As others have posted, the right door has the sealing bar which needs to lock into the body to create a sealing surface for the left door. It does work on its own, but it is much easier to just open the left door a little bit, close the right door and then close the left. Its not a big deal. For those who posted about the right door not closing, or not lining up, I would advise to have the installation checked to ensure the fridge is level and square. Unlike a traditional single door, the nature of the double door units require them to be both level and square. Overall, if you're the type who gets all wound up and minor inconveniences cause you to lose sleep, you may want to look at a traditional single door unit. Personally, I like the look and functionality of the unit.

My hardwood floor hates this refrigerator!

Submitted by Ramona Warren - 4/22/2017

I do like this frig. It is quiet. I love the way it looks and functions in my new kitchen. However, as part of the remodel, we installed hardwood floors throughout the house. These are real hardwood floors not laminate. The long and the short of it is the nylon wheels come from a two piece mold, which leaves a standing seam or ridge right in the middle of the wheel. There are now grooves cut into the floor just by rolling it in and out to hook up the ice maker. Forget ever being able to pull it out to clean. I'm shopping for a rug to the cover the damaged floor. You may have the same problem with a vinyl floor. Really?!?!? Could you spend another dollar or so to get a better manufactured wheel?

Have had this kitchen aid 2 weeks and love it. Replaced a 9 year old GE profile arctic which was junk. Wish the deli tray was broken into two. Currently have to open both doors to open the deli tray. The ice maker works great. If you open the freezer drawer from the sides, it is not smooth. If you pull from the middle, it opens smoothly. Overall, this refrigerator looks great and functions great. Making the deli tray into 2 separate trays would make this refrigerator perfect!

Good but could be better

Submitted by G-dawg - 4/14/2017

We remodeled our kitchen and wanted a counter depth fridge to save some space. Just me and my spouse so the smaller size was not an issue for use. It is taller than our last fridge but not a problem for us because it is freestanding(no cabinet around it). We like the fridge. Looks nice in our new kitchen. After having it for a month, here's what I would change if I could: * It is louder than our old fridge. When the house is quiet you can hear it running from the living room. Maybe add some sound baffling? * I would move the water dispenser to the right side because you have to open both doors to get water(left door must be closed before you close the right door). * I would move the water filter to the left side. Currently it's on the right top and reduces usable height on top right shelf.(the water is on the left so looks like the filter would be too) * This is my main issue: There is a 'flap' on the left door that seals when the doors are closed. I understand the need for this. HOWEVER, getting the top of the doors level visually when the doors are closed AND making sure the 'flap' hits the plastic guide so that it springs to the right and the door closes is VERY difficult. If it's not adjusted properly the 'flap' hits and the door doesn't close. Or the top of the doors are not level and the door closes great. The installer did what he could to adjust and suggested I put something under the front corners for additional adjustment. I have tweaked it some and still have issues. This is a $3000+ refrigerator and I expect much better.

Handsome unit, with a few issues

Submitted by Rolland - 4/6/2017

This fridge looks great in our kitchen. It cost more than the Bosch we had planned - but looks super sleek. Issues: 1) door seal split open and magnetic strip fell out after < 6 months.. . Service and repair took care of this efficiently. 2) I wish the shelves didn't have gap at the back wall - smaller bottles can fall out the back. 3) I wish the SS front was really SS so magnets would stick! 4) SS smudges easily - have your dealer include aerosol stainless steel cleaner for a weekly wipedown.

So many problems with this fridge

Submitted by Lynn - 4/6/2017

I would think twice about buying this fridge. This is our second fridge and we are having problems with it and it's less than a month old. The first one came with yellow stuff oozing out of all the seals so we sent it back. For this one, the seal around the freezer door is coming apart. The appliance guy has ordered the part but it's back ordered and will take 6-8 weeks for it to come in. That seems absolutely ridiculous. Also, the ice bin will not stay latched when we open and close the door even though it's in the latched position. The other issues with this fridge are just the design flaws. The water dispenser is on the left side so you have to open both doors to get to it. Also, the glass shelves are very short so anything that gets pushed too far back falls down to the bottom of the fridge. Finally, our fridge came with a Jenn-Air User manual. When I told the people at Kitchen Aid they told me I got download a copy. How about sending me the correct manual??

Like it, but...

After buying a G.E that was new out of the box- and never worked, we went with the Kitchen Aid. My only issue is that there is a decent amount of vibration on the incoming water line. My wife and I have learned to tune it out, but we'll keep an eye on it. Everything else is 5 stars!

A welcome addition

Submitted by fehd jack - 4/1/2017

We chose the Kitchen Aid because of support from an experienced local appliance dealer, not an unreachable 800 number issued by big box stores. The interior ice maker and cold water source are a welcome feature - door mounted ice dispensers require constant maintenance to prevent blockage due to freeze up, and take up more freezer space. The refrigeration unit seems quite efficient - was cooled down and making ice 2 hours after installation, Shelf configuration is quite flexible to meet our requirements, counter depth design gives us more space in our "galley" kitchen.

On my second refrigerator...

Submitted by Lynn - 3/31/2017

I don't usually write reviews but I hope to help others by writing this. We are on our second refrigerator. The first one came with yellow stuff coming out of all the seals so I sent it back. I am contacting kitchen aid today because the seal to the freezer is separating and we've been using the refrigerator for less than a month. In addition, the shelves are short and don't cover the entire surface of the interior so items slip off the back and down to the bottom if you slide something too far back. Why not use the entire surface when making the glass shelf inserts? Also, the water dispenser is on the left side of the fridge so you have to open both doors in order to get water since you can't close the refrigerator doors without first closing the left door followed by the right. Someone was not thinking when they made this refrigerator. This is model KRFC302ESSOO.

Looks Great, but...

Submitted by Kris - 3/23/2017

This refer looks great but having two doors to deal with vs one single refer door is a lot more cumbersome. Also the left door doesn't stay open and so it closes on me when I am trying to load or unload. awkward. The door stayed open when it was empty but as soon as I put items on the door it doesn't stay open. I upgraded to the one that is a little more expensive because the interior parts were much nicer. this I like very much. Not sure why the shelves stop so far away from back wall.

Horrible experience

Submitted by Anyela - 3/23/2017

We bought this appliance based on the design and that it was counter depth. Didnt have many choices. I regret going with this brand. From day one the water dispenser drips a drop after letting go of the push button. It is really annoying to stand there and wait til the water drop comes out to move the cup. If you forget and move the cup you will have water drop leak into your fridge. They said this was normal. After a few months of ownership the front doors started developing rust. I really question the craftmanship of this appliance and if it is really stainless. For this to start rusting in only 3 months of ownership makes me very worried what will happen later down the road. I feel like this should have been replaced but instead they sent someone to come look at the fridge. The tech came and took the rust off but now I have scratches on my doors where the rust used to be. Looks like he used a brillo pad to scrub the rust off. So now I am stuck with a fridge with rub/scratch marks. Kitchen Aid says this is not their problem its the techs. I feel like the appliance should have been replaced in the first place. They selected the tech that came to my house. So it is their problem. I will not buy another Kitchen aid appliance. They dont stand by their products. Very disappointed!

The refrigerator is marketed as allowing for any door to be opened and closed on its own. However, that is not how the appliance works in practice. Once you load up the doors (b/c of course you need to with so little space), the left door will not close properly. We had to manually flip the flap that seals the fridge in order to get it to close (even if the right door was open). the problem is that weight in the door weights it down and it misses the guide at the top of the fridge that is supposed to help it slide closed. Our technician ended up adding two washers to the lower left door hinge to prop it up so that it can hit the guide and close properly. Even our certified Kitchenaid repairman could only do this. Even now, when the right door is closed, closing the left door requires extra effort. In sum, I would not recommend that anyone buy this product. Find a fridge with one door.

At Queen Appliance we only offer 'white-glove' delivery services, so you never have to worry about additional charges to put a product in place, carry up stairs, or hook up hoses, water lines, and power chords. Installation charges do apply for built-in or gas appliances, but we will always be drastically less expensive than hiring an electrician or plumber! Call a Sales Associate to verify delivery and installation charges.

In addition, many of our appliances include rebates to cover the cost of delivery and even installation! Speak to a sales associate for more information on specific delivery and installation charges.

Queen's Premium Delivery Service

While most of our competitors sub-contract their delivery services, we take pride in quality control and protection of your appliances and property. Not only can we better accommodate specific customer needs, but we guarantee professionalism throughout each of our deliveries and patience with all of our customers.

We may sell a lot of scratched & dented appliances, but we take great pride in the fact that we do not CREATE our own Scratch & Dent merchandise.

Measure Dimensions

Queen will always take responsibility for mistakes that we make; however taking proper measurements at home is the responsibility of the customer. Do not forget to measure doorways, any space that the appliance must travel through to get to its destination, as well as the final installation place. We can provide cut sheets and detailed specs for all of our appliances, so check with your sales- person. Unfortunately, if returns happen due to a customer's negligence to measure properly, we must charge a 20% restocking fee to cover our costs and re-sell an unboxed piece. If desired, our drivers can come out to measure ahead of time for a small fee. Please note: We do not remove door molding or cut any cabinetry.

Delivery Time Windows

We understand that all customers have jobs and personal obligations, which is why we are committed to giving you a 2-3 hour time window for your delivery. Never should you have to wait around all day for a delivery, as with much of our competition. Please understand that we must route the truck geographically, so any special delivery time requests will be taken very seriously but can never be guaranteed. Your time window will be set the evening before and you will receive it through a phone call from our Phoenixville branch. If you have not received your time window by 7:30 pm, please call 610-933-2900 (Option 2 for Retail Sales) and check with a Sales Associate.

Directions and Cross Streets

Your salesperson is responsible for asking all the necessary details to get your new appliances to your home, however if they forget to ask for the nearest cross street please call and let them know. GPS and online maps are not always accurate, so the nearest cross street and any directions or details that you feel will help them are greatly appreciated and necessary for our drivers (i.e. low bridges, unmarked roads, landmarks, etc.).

Standard Installations

If our delivery team deems any installation as 'non-standard' they will require your approval and signature before proceeding. In addition, an additional fee may be charged depending on the nature of the situation to compensate for additional time spent and materials used, similar to working with any other contractor. 'Non-standard' installations include, but are not limited to, the following scenarios:

Flooring that is raised or built on top of a pre-existing floor makes dishwasher installations very difficult. Cutting off legs of the old dishwasher may be required for removal, but will only be performed with your authorization and signature. There is no guarantee that your dishwasher can be installed if your floor is raised too high, so please discuss this possibility with your salesperson so you can purchase a dishwasher that has more flexibility for your particular installation needs. If a dishwasher installation is beyond the scope of our trained professionals, we might insist on refunding your delivery fee and leaving the project for your own contractor. As a conscientious delivery crew, we always choose to error on the side of protecting your property and avoiding a sloppy installation.

Gas Ranges and Dryers

Gas valves must be located in the appropriate position behind the appliance, as we cannot reposition or manipulate any gas line. We will not touch gas valves on the outside of the house and be responsible for restarting your pilot lights.

Electric Ranges and Dryers

Hardwiring ranges and dryers does not meet the required regulations. We come prepared with 3 prong ($19.95) and 4 prong receptacles ($29.95) which must be installed and will hang loose, but safely, behind the unit. This nominal fee is significantly less than hiring an electrician, so please cooperate with our installers who insist on following local code. Look behind your appliance...If there is a 220v outlet, there will be no additional charges. New cords must always be purchased (3 Prong - $12.95, 4 Prong - $16.95), even with a receptacle installation, as we never take the risk of using an old and possibly frayed cord.

Washing Machines

Old fill hoses can leak or burst. Queen insists on protecting your property by using only new hoses for every one of our washer installations. Some machines come with new rubber hoses, while many do not, so be prepared to purchase new rubber or stainless steel ones for a small fee. If you insist on using your old hoses, that is not a problem, however we will only put the unit in place and you must sign and indicate that you will be hooking up the hoses yourself. 5 foot fill hoses are always used, which is longer than the standard 4 foot; however some tight spaces require longer fill hoses and drain hose extensions for a small fee (i.e. laundry centers).

Refrigerator water lines can only be connected to copper tubing (no charge for install) or via poly line to a shut-off valve behind the refrigerator (small fee for materials). The installers can run a new water line with copper tubing for $79.95.

Inclement Weather

Please understand that our hard-working delivery crew cannot control inclement weather and traffic conditions. If emergencies arise you will be notified and rescheduling arrangements will be made to the best of our abilities. Completing all of our deliveries is a commitment we always keep, and we never intend to inconvenience any of our customers.

Scratch & Dent Appliances

Since Scratch & Dent appliances have pre-existing damage, please make sure to fill out a damage detail form with your salesperson. Our drivers take great pride in protecting your purchases, one of the main reasons we do not sub-contract our delivery team.

Removals of old appliances are $5 for each piece ($15 for Refrigerators) or can be taken outside for your bulk trash pickup at no charge.
