ANY ADDITIONAL STAIRS OR OBSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN A $25.00 CHARGE. WHEN REMOVING REFRIGERATORS FROM THE BASEMENT, QUEEN APPLIANCE ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY. You simply have to have a diffuser for low and slow and this one is perfect. It can be used in a variety of ways and the quality is great. Wrap the pan in foil for easy cleanup
