INCLUDES REMOVING A DISCONNECTED APPLIANCE FROM THE SAME ROOM THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT IS INSTALLED IN (THE SAME PATH THAT THE DELIVERED PRODUCT IS BROUGHT IN THROUGH). ANY ADDITIONAL STAIRS OR OBSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN A $25.00 CHARGE. WHEN REMOVING REFRIGERATORS FROM THE BASEMENT, QUEEN APPLIANCE ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY. Thats how I would describe the 68 Select Grill Cover warm dry and cosy. It keeps my bbque looking like new even though it sits on my deck year round. I repels the heat God knows we have that the rain and the snow just rolls right off and my grand daughter thinks it a great and cosy place to hide when we play hide n seek. Thank you for a very versatile cover
