Bought the mini thermometors when I was about to try the rotisserie kit with chicken for the first time. The thermometors made it possible to have control of the temperature without poking the chicken with a traditional thermometor. The resultat was perfekt Great product. Cant wait to try it on meet.

Havent tried them yet but since they dont have actual temperature markings like done for the poultry and med etc. for the beef thermometers my first question was regarding the temperatures chosen for their markings...They might be great or it might take a few times using them to mentally adjust the calibration.
