INCLUDES REMOVING A DISCONNECTED APPLIANCE FROM THE SAME ROOM THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT IS INSTALLED IN (THE SAME PATH THAT THE DELIVERED PRODUCT IS BROUGHT IN THROUGH). ANY ADDITIONAL STAIRS OR OBSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN A $25.00 CHARGE. WHEN REMOVING REFRIGERATORS FROM THE BASEMENT, QUEEN APPLIANCE ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY. Poor build quality

Very flimsy unit. You can accidentally grab the lights instead of the BBQ bar and almost rip it off. The clamping mechanism is poorly constructed. I havent had a chance to use it extensively but Im not hopeful for a long life for this unit. Definitely NOT worth the price.
