INCLUDES REMOVING A DISCONNECTED APPLIANCE FROM THE SAME ROOM THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT IS INSTALLED IN (THE SAME PATH THAT THE DELIVERED PRODUCT IS BROUGHT IN THROUGH). ANY ADDITIONAL STAIRS OR OBSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN A $25.00 CHARGE. WHEN REMOVING REFRIGERATORS FROM THE BASEMENT, QUEEN APPLIANCE ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY. Handle breaks easily

Dropped the grid lifter on my patio and the part of the handle that let me hang it promptly broke. The plastic used for the handle us too brittle. A handy tool but more fragile than one might expect.

I was pleased to find this utensil included in the Regal series of SS grills. I use this more to clean the bottom of the grill racks to keep them from getting gummed up with leftover drippings. Also does a great job of lifting out the grills for cleaning the flavrwavers.
